My name is Kevin Williamson and I am a german professional photographer, currently based in Kuwait.

I have always enjoyed traveling but it was 2014 when I encountered a new way of traveling. Before then I joined my family on journeys or visited my family in Scotland, everything was safe and planned and less adventurous.
Do not get me wrong - I always enjoyed that way of traveling but it is also nice to risk things sometimes.

In 2014 I started to change my views from 'why?' to 'why not?'. And this change was a blessing. I have learned so much about myself, about others, about cultures and about the world. I have become more positive and even try to enjoy when things go terribly wrong. In the end it usually is a great story or an unforgettable experience.. so having some trouble for a few minutes or hours is a small price to pay.

Although I believe I have come quite far I do know that I yet have a long way to go and I am really looking forward to every new experience.
